Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Some items in our store are made to order — these products require an additional 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
